Delicious BBQ! Moist tender pulled pork and brisket, and unlike some BBQ, their meat isn't just tender, it tastes good too! The dry rub they use really enhances the flavor. It's worth finding a parking spot and waiting in line for. I will be back for sure. Update: Wife and I just tried the ribs. Amazing! They fall right off the bone and are so juicy!

They now have indoor seating for 32. Very nice and comfortable. Delicious BBQ, as always. Love the ribs, brisket, cheesy potatoes, and beans.

My wife and I stopped in for supper yesterday and we were a little concerned because no other customers were there. Usually not a good sign. But because of the positive reviews we went ahead and ordered food. I'm glad we did! Pulled pork was awesome, the ribs were delicious, and even the sides were good. I found the baked beans to be very good. Service was also very good and the owner spoke to us and asked if we were satisfied. What more can you ask for? Oh, the traffic in and out increased as we ate and I could tell that Wamego residents know they have a little gem of a place to get BBQ!

We happened upon Smokin Willes after visiting The Oz museum and it was a great.find. They had awesome brisket and the baked beans were incredible. Their peach habanero sauce was great with a zip of hot and the others we very.good as well. It has a backyard barbecue feel atmosphere and was not crowded adding to the atmosphere. It allow us to enjoy our meal and focus on filling our bellies. The staff was friendly and made sure we enjoyed our meal and got our take on their excellent BBQ. I will go back to Wamego, KS just for the bbq.

Smokin’ Wille’s BBQ in Wamego is the real deal! Their pulled pork sandwich is top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the peach habanero sauce. I was a little skeptical about a fruity BBQ sauce at first, but it pairs perfectly with the pork—sweet with just the right amount of heat. For sides, the Piggly Wiggly salad and baked beans are my go-to favorites, and the mac and cheese is also fantastic (a favorite of my wife’s). It’s always a good sign when you can actually see a smoker outside a BBQ joint, and Smokin’ Wille’s doesn’t disappoint. Great food, great flavors, and a true BBQ experience! Highly recommend!

Honestly this was the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. The ribs were super tasty and fell right off the bone and the various sliders were fantastic. My favorite part of it all however was the peach habanero sauce. Never had anything like it and I was blown away by it. Would highly recommend it all and plan on returning whenever I’m in town.
